Dealing with the Media

This site is a toolbox of resources on the do's and don'ts of working with the media. Topics include steps to getting the most out of the media, alternative marketing strategies, dealing with journalists, and maximizing media exposure.

Mass Media Resources

By the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, this site provides mass media strategies for dealing with the print media, television and radio tips, keys to effective interviews, how to keep from being misquoted, handling negative publicity, training others to be media savvy, and press conferences. There is also a section pertaining to community education.
