This photograph, which was taken 8 August 1961,
is of the Charter members of
Flotilla 2
in Lincoln, Nebraska, which at the time was in District
2, Division 14. District 2 later became District 8WR, and
Division 14 became Division 33. Notice that the Auxiliarists in the photo are wearing Khaki
uniforms. Khaki was the original color of the Auxiliary uniform until 1975,
when the Auxiliary switched to the "Bender Blue" uniform. |
